At long last, a transformative plan to breathe new life into the largely vacant Goshen Plaza is here! The plan represents a complete overhaul – from the ground up – of the 13-acre property between Clowes Avenue and Matthews Street in the Village of Goshen, turning it into a revitalized retail hub for the community. The plan includes bringing a top brand supermarket and all-new standalone pharmacy to the site, along with additional shopping options and significant utility, parking and landscaping upgrades.
